Special Sleep Reports

Since our inception over a decade ago, the Sleep Health Foundation have been involved in a number of reports highlighting the importance of sleep and the urgency for it to be recognised as a public health priority. These reports include investigations into the economic cost of poor sleep, and the impact of poor sleep and sleep disorders on quality of life and overall health. They are a key reference for the Foundation's advocacy efforts.
