Difficulty sleeping is a common problem affecting about 40% of all Australians.

It can really impact our day-to-day lives, from how we interact with people, how we think and feel, to our productivity at work or school.

Sleep problems can also greatly affect our mental health, in fact sleep and mental health are two sides of the same coin, both influencing each other.

Beyond Blue’s sleep webinar, hosted during the Sleep Health Foundation's annual Sleep Health Week, is designed to offer practical solutions to help you sleep better and improve your overall mental health and wellbeing.

We’ll cover:

  • The science of sleep and how it impacts us.  
  • The links between sleep and mental health.
  • How to act early to stop sleeping difficulties impacting your mental health.  
  • Evidence-based strategies for getting better sleep.
